Swingin', Tulips, & Making a Cake

We have been loving this warm weather and have spent as much time as we can outside. Halle's favorite is swinging! She can't get enough!

She loves to spin around on the swing like this. Russ likes to make her get off after and watch her try to walk. She is such a cutie pie!

My mom always has an incredible garden of tulips in the spring, so I took Halle out for a photo opp.

Halle was so excited to help her Daddy make a cake on Sunday.

This weekend I had the privilege of going to see Wicked with my Dad. Oh, it was so good. My Dad has 2nd row season tickets and I have had the opportunity to see some really good plays, but this one takes the cake. I guess the reason I liked it so much, was because it was on my level. So many plays today are just getting too artsy fartsy for me and I don't know what is going on half the time. But I really loved Wicked and would recommend it to anyone.

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter Sunday. We were able to spend time with both the Wiseman and Page Families.

18 Months

Halle turned 18 months on March 25, but we just went to the doctor for her well visit yesterday.
She . . .
weighs 23 lbs. 14 oz. (40th percentile)
is 32 1/2 inches tall (70th percentile)
has a 48 cm. head circumference (85th percentile)

I can't believe how big this little gal is! She talks so much, she not only talks a lot but she can enunciate really well. I am amazed how much they learn in so little time.

One of the cutest things she does is say's "byeee" to everything. If we are leaving her room, she'll say "byee pillow."If we are leaving the bathroom, she'll say "byee potty." It's a lot cuter when you hear her say it.

When it was warm we went outside for a walk. You can see her battle wounds on her nose from the attack of the sidewalk.
"ice-ceem" Halle loves ice cream, as you can see.

She is so funny how she eats the cone from the bottom.

Pig Tails! Halle doesn't like getting pig tails in her hair, but they are so cute and make her look so old, as does the cell phone in she is talking in to.
