HARRY POTTER 7

I don't know how many of you are Harry Potter Fans, but I am here to tell you that I am. I was there at Frost Books, Friday night at midnight the night before the book came out to get my book! I was there with good company, my sisters Lani and Lindsey and McCall (practically sister). We were a little out of place in the fact that we could see over the heads of most of the teeny-boppers there. I don't care though, I had fun. I read it all weekend, well as much as I could when we weren't doing anything else, and I finished it Monday night. It was a great end to an awesome series. JK did not disappoint! I would recommend this whole series to any of you who haven't read it.

Here we are making s'mores at my parents cabin. It was fun to have my family all together and I can never get enough of the cabin. And isn't my husband cute, singing primary songs with Kai. So cute, wish I had video.

Isn’t she just so adorable? She is Lisa’s third baby. Can you believe it? She has three under the age of three. Crazy!
Lisa and I were so excited to find out that I was having a girl only five months after her girl was born. They are going to be friends, along with all of the other girls that are popping out of our friends!

OUR VACATION TO JACKSON AND YELLOWSTONE
Sorry this video is pretty boring, but I can't find my cord for my camera to put my pictures on my computer, if you want to watch this you can. It was a lot of fun. We drove everywhere and saw beautiful nature, and just enjoyed being together. There is more video that is more interesting on it's way.

Not such a good idea


On Thursday, Russ called me and told me our good friend Mike Evans called him and asked us to play for his co-ed softball team. Russ told me that he told Mike that I was pregnant and probably shouldn't play, well if any of you know me, I don't like to be told I can't do anything. So I told Russ to tell him I wanted to play.

So there I am almost 6 months through my pregnancy and I am playing softball. They put me in as catcher which was fine with me. After a few pitches some girl on the other team nicked the ball and it came off the bat and hit me square in my big forehead right above my right eyebrow. Talk about instant goose bump. Well I was fine and we kept playing.

I actually did pretty good at bat, it was running to first base where I had problems, I totally made it to the base and then tripped and fell. Let me tell you when you have a belly your balance and running groove are just not the same as they used to be. I was fine when I fell and kept playing on.

After the game, i noticed that my lower abdomen felt really tight. we drove home and when i got out of the car, i couldn't stand up straight and I could barely walk. Russ had to help me move around. I had totally pulled a muscle in my stomach. it freaked me out, because it was in my stomach and i have a baby in there. I felt the baby move which was very comforting. she was kicking me like normal so I wasn't too worried. i called my doctor and they told me i had pulled a muscle and I just needed to rest and take Tylenol. But the problem was i couldn't move. I had to take work off the next day.

My cute sister's and my mom came up and spent the day with me. Helping me get around. so needless to say it was NOT a good idea to play softball that night, i should have lost my pride and listened to my husband. I am feeling much better, and so i am confident it was just a pulled muscle.

Oh and by the way Russ hit a home run that night, i was so proud of him!

New house

So i felt really bad that I was voted the worst blogger at Lindsey's baby shower. It has taken me an uncomfortable pregnant our of holding a laptop on my non existent lap, just trying to remember my user name and password. Honestly I struggle, anyway now that I finally am on here, I don't have much to say except that I loved seeing everyone at the shower. It is always so fun get together after being apart for so long. I love my girls and I really have so many fun memories with all of you.
So I added a picture of Russ and i on our Mexican Riviera cruise. We had tons of fun, this was a lunch on the pier, it was Mexican seafood, yeah it was as nasty as it sounds.

So Russ and I just had our 1 Year anniversary. We actually at the cake my mom had been saving in her freezer for a whole year. Well Russ didn't eat it, but I did, and it was really good! We went to my family's cabin and enjoyed the beautiful summer turning into fall weather! We also had a romantic night of watching the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy . . . yeah . . . it was awesome.

I am not sure how this works, but i am trying it. Sarah, i think it is awesome that you have been blogging, my husband is all into it, and I never get a chance to get on the computer because he is such a computer geek. No I am just kidding, he is just a lot more technilogically advanced than I am. I just stick to my Harry Potter books, since we don't have TV. Russ gave me the set of HP books for christmas, so i have been reading them since, it has taken me a while, but now i only have a few more chapters left in book 6 and then i just have to wait patiently until the last book comes out. So I guess Russ and i have our nerdisms. Anyway i hope i did this right.
